How it runs
Brief
Guest numbers, objectives, budget envelope, constraints. One conversation, usually 30 minutes.
Proposal
A written programme with named venues, specific logistics and real costs. Not a brochure.
Contract
Scope, terms, payment schedule and cancellation conditions agreed before anything is booked in your name.
Delivery
A named producer on the ground in Melilla for the duration, with your guest list and every timing.
A rare event. Finite capacity.
Melilla has a fixed number of well-located rooms, a small marina, a limited fleet of suitable vessels and a handful of venues appropriate for private hospitality. All of it serves one morning. Groups that confirm earliest get the positions, the vessels and the rooms; that is arithmetic rather than pressure.
